I LOVE TO COOK! I love trying new stuff! I love Mediterranean, cajun, italian, spicy stuff, and of course desserts! I look forward to adding many recipes and trying many of yours! I was born in Egypt and came to USA when I was 4, so you can def. say I was raised here in NJ. I'm married and I have a wonderful 1.5 yr old Boy, who has my food gene because, boy does he love to eat and try new things! He loves spicy stuff too!! Can't wait to dine with you all!

I'm going to add baby spinach this time, you won't be disappointed it's just a perfect light soup. If I make oatmeal bread to go with it, I will post the recipe, there is no yeast, it's a quick bread.

PS I just read you like spicy food last night I made a new stir fry, which is one of my favorite foods and it was SPICY, because of the chili garlic sauce, yum. I took pictures so I wouldn't forget how I made it, and will post the recipe sometime soon, hopefully today.
PSS your Mango cake looks amazing! my son loves mangoes, this will be a fun project for us to do together this friday. I printed it out so I won't forget.
