About me
For over 20 years, I have worked as a professional Chef in Canada - from coast to coast. In 1987, I apprenticed with the late Freddy LoCicero at Panache Restaurant in Toronto, and have subsequently worked alongside such luminaries as Greg Couillard, Susur Lee, Mark McEwen, Aristedes, Mark Walpole, Lee Bailey, Laura Prentice, David Davidson... the list goes on. I have designed and constructed three professional kitchens, owned and operated two catering companies, catered dozens of high-profile events, worked as a personal chef to celebrities, catered for the motion picture industry and conducted lessons to both professional and amateur enthusiasts. I am here to have fun, and because a very sarcastic friend invited me to join. Don't be shy - like I said - let's have fun!
