Thanks for the kind comments about the baked onions and cheddar cheese recipe and the high 5!! Yes this choice of cheddar really adds flavor. Enjoy!!

~HELLO~
Thank-you so much for your kind comment on
my 'little' Steak recipe with Brandy-Cream-Sauce!
I really appreciate your taking the time to respond!
One 'tip' for the recipe~ PLEASE ~ remember to use the
'Tarragon' This is the 'secret' ingredient! (FYI)
I would also like to suggest that if you do indeed make this recipe that the first time you make it just follow the recipe and do not change it! If you do change it ... you might be disappointed...just a 'thought'!
~Good Luck~

~Hello~charlesroberts~
Haven't You heard the (old) proverbial adage ~
"Love" is what makes the world go 'round'~ ?
LOVE is what I put into everything that I cook! I will even make sure that 'a bit' goes into your "5"FORK!!!!! recipe that
I will 'Make&Taste' very soon~
Thank-you for your rating & 'provocative' comment about
my 'Beer-Beef' Curry~ I might add a suggestion about the
recipe that would make it better~ When you simmer the Beef, Apples, Onions & Spices in the Beer, do not put in the
Coconut and the Almonds~ Sprinkle those over the simmered
mixture when you serve it with the Rice~
Blessings~

Thank you for your nice note.... yes I definitely have some restrictions in the foods that I can eat... and trying to make alternate flours "work" like the gluten in Wheat, rye and barley is a challenge!!!...

I can not imagine having NO restrictions... WOW... another challenge is cooking for my husband who eats " regular" food and not beable to taste it... much of my cooking is throwing things together then tasting to see what it needs.... makes life interesting..LOL

I hope you are having a good time on the site... you will meet some great people and you will find yourself spending hours here......

have fun...
