About me
My hometown is Ithaca, NY. Because it's also home to Cornell University, Ithaca has a large, diverse community of people from many nationalities. Good thing for me growing up - because, when I'd stay over at friends' houses for meals, I found out how exciting it is to try foods from literally around the world! While I enjoy the cuisines of Italy, Mexico, & China, I'm most partial to the foods of Greece & the Middle East - all of these with an emphasis on fresh, unprocessed & healthy. Because it's healthier & more frugaI, I purposefully exclude convenience/processed foods, preferring to make all that I'm able to myself. I can do this because of the blessing of being able to stay at home & because I have a confident, adventurous approach to food.
