About me
Hi, :o) I mainly love quick & easy & healthy recipes. Not into complicated stuff. I have some health issues and try to keep our food as healthy as possible without being boring, bland, and unfulfilling!! But I'm not just a lettuce & celery person either. My husband & I do enjoy some great desserts & puddings and occasional rich dishes. As well as other countries, we also love Moroccan, Indian, Chinese, South African, English, and Cape Malay food. I live in South Africa, I'm married to a wonderful man for the past 35yrs, we have two son's who now live and work in Warwick, England. We are both originally from UK, and we enjoy mixing together a little of South African tastes with the english tastes and even the Cape Malay dishes are wonderful - I will try and put some of these recipes on my page. My husband also enjoys cooking every now & then, and he has put together some delicious recipes himself. I'm no expert at cooking and don't wish to be, it really is not a passion of mine, but always on the look-out everywhere I can to improve flavours, try new recipes, try varied methods of cooking & ingredients for health. Love different flavours and combinations, so willing to try quite a lot of recipes.
