About me
I'm an ex-Professional Chef, current Pastry Arts Instructor and General Manager for a very upscale cafe in Palo Alto. I have the most wonderful man in the entire world in my life along with his cat, Bobby, The Ascended Master. I'd don't do much cooking any more. Bob (the boyfriend, not the cat) does most of it. I spend a lot of time researching recipes and getting ideas to put into the cafe. Currently I'm looking for some great summer sandwiches and salads.
