About me
I am such a food geek. I love all types of food and I am completely fascinated by individual culture/beliefs and how they affect the gastronomy of the group. I teach one-night cooking classes to groups of all ages and cooking abilities. I was trained in French cooking but have expanded my repertoire to include other cuisines such as Italian, Greek, Spanish, Mexican and anything else I can learn.

I tried replacing the sage with a variety of herbs and spices - basil, fennel seed, cumin and several others - the sage was definitely the best!
