About me
I am originally from new Orleans, La and have been a Chef for 24 years now. It is all I have ever done or care to do...except retire! I am an avid hunter, have 4 kids...3 boys n 1 girl 3 months old now!...and take my position as the Father-husband very seriously. I love my wife. my kids, my job and the outdoors. Huricane katrina took my catering company and changed my life....for the better! Thank you God!
