About me
Certified Exec Chef currently working in the healthcare industry. Using all natural, organic and local food is my goal. I love Asian, Italian and American cuisine a lot but try to keep myself diverse in many aspects of different cuisines/cultures. Sushi is a favorite of mine, though haven't formally been trained in making it. I feel you just have to give it a chance there is a lot of other alternatives besides raw fish. I have worked in many different style restaurants so any questions you might have feel free to ask.
