About me
I am from Dominican Republic. Iove cooking the same way I love, music, and photography, as they allow me to stimulate my senses. I love to mix flavours and techniques in order to obtain satisfactory results. I use to consult several versions of a recipe and make my own version. If I fail in a try I only say I learned how not to do that. I will start posting some local recipes. I look forward to make good friends here. As it is obvious, I can correspond in Spanish. Cheffman
