My name is Anna Petruolo and I am a Personal Chef. I specialize in Italian but I can pretty much do anything. I live in Vancouver WA and am about to open a restaurant with a friend of mine and we will be featuring food from local farms and vendors. It is a very exciting thing for a small town. Wish me luck!
