About me
I am self taught chef that has had the good fortune of having many good cooks in and out my life. My parents and my maternal grandmother were all very good cooks and my first inspirations. Later I discovered Justin Wilson, Jacque Pepin and Paul Prudhomme. These men opened my eyes to the possibilties of flavors, texture, visual appeal and the concept of what a fine plate is all about. As the time has gone by I have pushed myself to learn more and try new things. Food can either be a routine or it can be an adventure. I have chosen to make it an adventure.
