Personal Chef? Sounds like a great job! Although if anything like cooking for hotel guest parties then it's probably also stressful at times!
My mom works in a prestigious 5 star hotel's bakery here in Italy and has learned all sorts of cool stuff from the chefs there. I'm going to have to catch up as soon as I get my oven! :) I can't wait!
