I have worked as a chef for years but never been quite good add weighing or measuring my ingredients. It all goes by heart I suppose..Hope you can all figure it out, I will try to add as much details as possible when I get more recipes posted. ( should start measuring I guess) Currently I am getting into the thai and morrocan spices, which I get from a local grocer in my town. If anyone is unable to get them, I can surely send them when you plan to make any of my dishes. More morrocan recipe posts will follow in the next few weeks!
