I love to cook and give to family and friends I like to experiment with foods and usualy decide what I'm gonna add to a recipe right in the middle of preparation. I rarely follow a recipe exactly. Hmm, good ole Southern Home cooking is hard to beat but occasionally I will venture into the gourmet and often into international foods. Simple cooking doesn't always have to taste simple or appear simple on a plate. I like to be daring in the kitchen and cook what I have already visioned in my mind.
