    Nov 26/15 This is a great recipe. I only used about 3 tbsp. of I cannot believe that it's not butter as well as 1/2 cup of 35% cream mixed with 2% milk. Found that with the tatters I used that it was just the right amount. Will be making again.

    Nov 20/15 Loved this recipe. I did do one mistake I added 1 tsp of lemon juice but it did not ruin the recipe. Will be making again.

    This recipe is uniquely different. It’s really sweet, a little bit of sour, and very peppery with each doing its part to balance all of the different flavors. Personally, I found it better the second day after the flavors had time to blend together. This recipe is tagged for a crockpot, but I put it in a heavy Dutch style covered pot and simmered on the stovetop. The roast turned out very moist and pulled apart easily just as you would expect from a perfectly cooked chuck roast. Date: 11/9/15

    So I was lead to your recipe by following a prompting. I have a bag of pork chops and a pumpkin and a crockpot. I wanted a recipe so I googled those three words and received the link to this recipe. Sounds great wish me luck. I will let you know what becomes of it.

    I have been enjoying your recipies for a long time now. Actually, my family thinks I am the best cook in the family since I started following your recipies. For that, I thank you.
    You seem to be very creative, and have a scientific knowledge of cooking skills. I was hoping you could direct me, or perhaps create a recipie for a Lemon Merrange Cake. Kinda like the Pumpkin Pie Cake where there is still creamy filling, but a crumble cake type topping. Thanks in Advance

    Hey there! I haven't been on this site in awhile but I remembered a recipe of yours and wanted to ask a quick question. Fall off the Bone Baby back ribs...can I use "beef chuck short ribs" and how will that effect the cooking time? I loved that recipe from what I remember.
