About me
I was a Chef for 30+ years, until about 5 years ago, when I became Disabled. Now I can't stand for long periods of time, and can't use my left hand. I have since gone back to school for Christian Ministry, and will graduate in 2011. I really mis the Kitchen and all the fun I had there. From time to time I still get my hands dirty cooking for my church, like at our summer camp-out.
