Ive been a chef for 20 yrs and have been cooking since i was 9.i come from a long line of chefs and great cooks.i love teaching other young chefs and getting them on the right track to be great!the old saying if you cant take the heat get out of the kitchen,i like to teach those young chefs how to take the heat and come out calm,cool and successful.if you need help,let me know! take care.
