Hi Guys, the name is Chels. Im new to this whole cookin thang, but I love it. I got a late start in the kitchen, but now that Im in the swing of things, I cant stop cooking! Though traditional southen cooking will always have a place in my heart, I love trying new things. Im recently OBSESSED with making mexican food. I'll try anything once...
