I don't remember the name of the dish, but I remember what was in it, which is quite different to US or Italian ways with shellfish. I loved it and the green wine! Please do post the recipe.


I would love a home recipe for the pork with clams and olives I remember so fondly from Portuguese restaurants. Do you have one?

I there one like this that has olives as well? Is it very different, or can I just add them and not worry about making it too salty?
