About me
I am a bachelor that loves to cook, but rarely finds the time or a large group to cook for. Therefore, most of the time, I cook a quick, simple, meal and prefer a hot meal over a cold sandwich. I search for and collect recipes that have few ingredients and takes very little time to prepare. Be Aware - a lot of my recipes are NOT for the diet/health minded people. I cook what I like and ain't no one gonna stop me. LOL.

Thanks for the acceptance ---see you around a recipe somewhere-- cheers !!

Hi, was just reading your grilled roast beef sandwich. I recently took on a 1 day a week cooking job for lunch. Have limited resources --- meats cooked prime rib, ham and burger pattys. Their basic menu is sandwiches: burgers, cheese burgers, and prime rib dip. I am looking for other ideas using the meats. We can run 1 or 2 specials a day. Have been doing grilled ham and cheese, but like the grilled roast beef idea. Bread choices are sliced white, burger buns, hogie rolls and sometimes sourdough. Gonna work with your sandwich today maybe on a bun and see how it works, thanks. Jerie

Any one who submits recipes like 3-Beer Chili, Possum and Taters, and 2-minute Grilled Cheese is someone I want to follow. I'd like you to consider joining my VELVEETA group. I added your sandwich to the group. Thanks for posting.
