My favorite way to cook is BBQ. I love to smoke things and try new and exciting dishes.(My friends and family don't mind either) I'm really here to learn a few new tricks and make some friends along the way. I would like to be more well rounded as I just got a job offer to be a chef at a local country club by my house. Well hope to meet as many people as I can and I look forward to many great meals from all of you in the future!!!

Thanks for the invite! We smoke and grill year round here. It really doesn't get that cold. Have you ever used an electric smoker. We use ours about twice a week. My dad smokes his food the regular way (his ribs are the best!), and I have to say it is better - but ours is quicker and easier. Usually we just throw on some whole chicken breasts w/ the skin removed and eat smoked chicken salads during the week. Well, thanks again and have a terrific Tuesday! ~Dawn
