My favorite way to cook is BBQ. I love to smoke things and try new and exciting dishes.(My friends and family don't mind either) I'm really here to learn a few new tricks and make some friends along the way. I would like to be more well rounded as I just got a job offer to be a chef at a local country club by my house.
