    I tried to make this. ): But after I put them in the oven I suddenly realized why the shrimp looked funny when I took them out of the fridge. They had spoiled! So I had to toss them once the cooled. ;__; I will try it again soon though!!!

    I loved your Lowfat Bisquick Mix. I will surely try it and see how it compares to the Bisquick Healthy Heart mix.
    Have you tried that one?

    I've been buying the Bisquick Healthy Heart mix and I like that one. Also, in some stores you can find Jiffy brand's Biscuit Mix that has been around since I think the 50's or more. It comes out as good as the Bisquick too.

    Another note on this versatile mix: If you happen to have the book "Make A Mix" by HP Books they have several mixes that they term as Master Mixes in there that I'm sure all of you would like too.

    Hi there!
    Sorry, the original recipe that I was copying from Katie Brown's web site had accidentally omitted the vinegar part for the red and yellow peppers! (and I didn't catch it!) I edited it on my post.....it is 2 Tbs of red wine vinegar. Thanks for pointing it out!
