I have been training as a chef since I was 7 years old, as my brother was a chef and had to babysit me sometimes while he was working. First job? Peeling shrimp, lots of shrimp!!! Perks: Got to eat some!!!!!!!! Then after that it's Mom's good ole home cookin' that puts the best bits on everything.

This is great!! Bisquick can be very expensive, why buy it when you have all the ingredients on hand....I added it to the Fabulous Lofat Foods group..Big high five!!

Sorry, the original recipe that I was copying from Katie Brown's web site had accidentally omitted the vinegar part for the red and yellow peppers! (and I didn't catch it!) I edited it on my post.....it is 2 Tbs of red wine vinegar. Thanks for pointing it out!
