About me
Hi I am currently working in the iron ore mining industry, based in Perth, Western Australia. I 've travelled and worked in China, Indonesia and Fiji and the best part has always been the food. The locals were always friendly and keen to teach how to cook their local dishes. Have spent a lot of time over the last 20 years learning about chillies and spicy foods and am now putting all that knowledge down in my website. Thanks for comment on my fried green tomatoes there great also look at the fried dill pickles they are sold in oklahoma at some of the local fast food places delish and a different taste i used the sliced pickles its better ...........and crisp.sherry
