    Delicious pancakes! Sour with a bit of sweet. I quartered this recipe and got the stack of pancakes pictured - five of about 6" and one little one. I didn't really measure the milk - just poured some in. Probably about 2 Tbs. which would be 1/2 of a cup if one made the whole recipe. I added some pictures and a thread in IMI 3/29/14

    I had a Tapas restaurant in Philadelphia. Goat Fricasse was the most popular item on the menu. When the guests didn't know it was goat they tried this item. (menu was in spanish with translation by wait staff)

    Hi Choclytcandy, I'm glad that you found this recipe really nice. I reckon it's not bad either. I have played around with it for a while and it's about the best I can get it. Anyhow, thanks for the great remarks. I don't get here much these days. Although, I intend to get back into it shortly. Anyhow, as I don't get here much.     Wow, talk about an extensive, yet seleclective recipe repetitore you have posted. You seem almost as world traveled as I have. Of course most of the time I was eating MREs (meals rejected by ethiopians), but I always managed to find the try the local samplings regardless. Thus my taste buds are global as your's seem to be as well. I look forward to your future postings. Thank you for sharing your cuiinary skills, young lady.
