Hi, Choc! Thanks for the comment on the Duck... and the tamales turned out great. They are very much like your recipe. I put a red enchilada sauce on them that I made with dried chilis. It hurt to have to freeze my FRESH tamales, but can enjoy them off and on for a good while to come. Also, I bought a tamale steamer and that was the perfect way to steam. Take care...
