    My new cookies for this year were Springerle. Yum! I also learned how to use paddles and make butter balls. That was fun, too

    Hello and thank you for checking out my chicken tetrazinie recipe. To make for two you would half all the ingredients, you might end up with leftovers that you can always freeze in a plastic container. Hope that would help!

    Thanks, Chrispf, for commenting on the spritz - I do not have luck with getting the cookies off the press...I have the newer one, too, and an electric one that is worthless. I DO have my grandmother's old, old hand crank one, so maybe I need to dig that out and give it a try, since that's the one you always had the best luck with...I always figured the newer ones would be better, but that may not be the case with this particular cookie. Her old press had several of the different shapes...I always loved those cookies at Christmas!! Thanks for your comments...Krum

    with a bit of fiddling I think I can adapt the recipe to be gluten free... i am just learning to do that and have been having success... sometimes it takes a few tries and some tweaking...but....

    it is great to meet another artist and craft person... with cats to boot!!!...
