About me
I love to cook when I have the day off, i've been cooking since I started college, by getting ideas from recipes and modifying them as I see fit to to accomadate my personal taste. I love thai, filipino, indian and american foods. The only pasta I like to eat is spaghetti. I am a filipino american, and like to add a little twist to my cooking by intertwining asian spices/ingredients to every dish that I make....sometimes it makes for an interesting taste. I am an RN in a busy emergency room and truly enjoy my days off to do normal things, like shopping, having friends over for dinner where we all have to cook a meal, and having candle parties. I'm in the process of learning to make my own candles....yes I like to do creative things. I like meeting new people and learning from them:) I don't plan on submitting recipes unless it is something that I have created or have modified.
