About me
Im a 34 soon to be 35 yr old mother of two daughter's pickey daughters!! lol and a baby boy Im married. I used to love to cook but fell into a depression for awhile was hardly cooking or just making real easy stuff Im trying to get my cooking groove back My husband and I love to eat!! We love sweets and foods like chicken steaks I love shrimp so if you have any great or kid friendly recipes please let me know thanks!!

Christina I do hope you enjoyed the chicken parmigiana,please forgive the delay in responding to you I havent been on here in a long long time.I took on a new job(with same company) and it keeps me VERY busy.
I hope that by the end of summer things calm down and i can begin posting recipes again and looking up my friends:)

Hey Christina sweetie - on the Waldorf Astoria Red Velvet Cake....I mean flour. You can buy cake flour - it comes in box (Swans Down brand - here's a pic link - paste the link into your browser: http://secure.reilyfoods.com/Portals/SwansDown/Resources/swans%20down%20box.jpg ). However, you can make your own cake flour if you can't find it. Check this out:

It really makes a difference to use a cake flour or equivalent in the Red Velvet Cake recipe. Cake flour is lighter than normal flour.

I am so sorry for having missed thanking you for your comment on the fruity slush punch. I had to drop by and tell you that this is so easy to make and then break down into however many serving sizes is convenient. Just pour into ziploc bags, set freezer bags onto a coookie sheet till frozen the take your cookie sheet out and remove individual bags to add lemon/lime soda too and alcohol. Very good! =D
