I have only had soup in a bread bowl once and it was really great! I keep looking for bread rolls the size of soup bowls to no avail. Maybe I will try and make my own some day? I bet Cream of French Onion soup would be great in a bread bowl? LOL Now I am getting very hungry:)

I had these for lunch today and I did them up a little differently. I'm not an avocado fan but I did have some cute little cherry tomatoes in my garden. I cut a few up and put in an equal amount of green onion then did the lime and salt. I couldn't find any fresh coriander so I sprinkled some dry on the shrimp before cooking (mine took 8 minutes as well). I added quite a bit of the Heinz 57 - probably a couple of heaping teaspoons - I didn't really measure - to cut the sour cream taste and it got a teeny bit spicy - just enough for me. I think that sauce would work on a lot of stuff, like a tostada or a shrimp taco. I used Chipotle chili powder on the shrimp, which added a nice touch, I think.
    Cute little things.
    Yum. :)
Put these in IMI on 7/19/14 and added my picture, too.

Isn't she funny? She is so goofy at night...with her smooshed face and tiny nose, she has been hi-jacking the air from my cpap. She sleeps on my pillow, face to face and she laps the exhaled air. She whines at me if I roll on my back and she can't have the air blow on her. So I stare at her face to face and listen to her 'lick' the air.
