No worries, I'd just brown the meat and then add to slow cooker. I amended the directions to include slowcooker times and admitted that I had to pressure cook in batches.

I mixed the dill into the sour cream so it could flavor the sour cream a bit. Fred felt it needed salt. He always thinks what I cook needs salt.

I added a lime dressing to the recipe just for you. Pithy lime is a bit British sounding don't you think? LOL

I added a lime dressing to the salsa. The original recipe on PInterest was a five ingredient challange. I think a bit of oil and cumin would make it better.

But you need a lot of lime juice, if you have a pithy lime, I'd use two. Just the salt and pepper was enough along with capturing the juice from the pomegranate. It is sweet, the lime is tart, it mixes well. I had soft lettuce for the salad and tossed it well. It was enough to season the lettuce.

Will try this soonest. We have some (stale) potato chips and have fresh carrots so one should work. I love Heinz 57!
