About me
Part graphic designer, part foodie. Living in LA I get to sample lots of different cuisines, but I'm originally from NY and grew up in Miami Beach, so I pretty much have all the coasts covered.

so I changed it to an herbed cheese spread and I used roasted red peppers for that smoky taste. Please check out this adaptation from your great recipe.

I've done it both way, with a mix and from scratch. I'll admit from scratch is much better, but if you're in a hurry or cooking for a number of people a mix can be a lot quick
