No worries, I finally sent her a recipe, I just had a hard time making my recipe smaller than 15 quarts at a time... Most pots are not 7 1/2 quarts, so that made it a bit difficult to cut it down more...

    Thank you anyway.

    Be well,

I have always wanted to come down there and try the Mufaletta in New Orleans, one of these days I am going to do it. I had a friend asking me for a Gumbo recipe, but I could not find mine and none of the ones online are even close. Have any ideas?

    Be well,
    Annie
p.s. Besides, I generally always make 30 quarts at once when I am making crab gumbo.
