About me
My name is C. J. I'm a Respiratory Therapist now living in Houston post Katrina. Hope to go back to New Orleans one day but, unfortunately, not soon. I taught myself how to cook by using recipes so I cook as if I'm in chemistry lab which cracks my husband up. Even though I'm not very creative, I enjoy cooking new & different things and appreciate all the contributions everyone makes to this website. My cookbook & recipe collection was destroyed in the flood so I have now started a new one with y'all. Thanks!

Thank you for being my cooking buddy!

Sure I will try yours. Let me know what you think of them all!!

Hey CJ, thanks so much for the foodie buddy invite. It is going to be fun swapping recipes with you. I didn't realize you were from MI. I love to wonder RO, but it has to be warm. We were there a few months back and had a hard time finding parking, so we ended up walking quite a ways. Burrrr... Thanks for the comments on the Mich. sauce. Hope you get to enjoy a good ole coney.

Hi CJ!
I'm so glad that you & your hubby liked the Chicken with Sundried Tomato Cream Sauce. I'm glad that you found us here at Group Recipes and hope we can all add to your new recipe collection. Happy 4th!

Hey CJ! Thanks for the comments. I think you'll like the Arroz Con Pollo. It's my son's favorite! You joined a great site here. I hope it replaces your cook books for you!

If using a deep dish pie crust: Cover edges of crust with foil and bake 55 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
