About me
Live in Grenada currently, but also lived in UK. Wife and four children. love cooking. do a good bit at home. Use both local and international recipes, but generally modified them to use the herbs and spices available. I experiment quite a bit. I am known as a Gourmet within the family, but I am sure far from it in reality Like all foods, but Caribbean foods remain my favourite.
