    Hi its is hard pork fat cut in strips but remove rind. other option is using streaky bacon

    Hello clandestine, I am so sorry that it has taken me so long to get back with you. My computer has been out of commission for a while and I am using a friend's at the moment.     Clandestine, I can't help but comment on Sandy's message to you. Once again, how in Hell can she even dare to say you need an education! I am in awe of her stupidity each and every time I read a new post of hers. She is truly in need of a psych evaluation!

    Well people tends to take me the wrong way.All I do and the way I see it than I am going to speak my mind.I "DON'T" care if it tends to make people mad or not.I'm gonna tell it the way it is.I
    don't care what wttothemax says or thinks about me.Every thing that he said is a lie.I'm NOT the things that he says I am.My daughter told me the other day that he left an comment on this person's page and thought that it was me and he found out that it wasn't even me.He needs to understand that there's people from my area comes and joins here as well.Maybe the people seen the web site and thought they would share their recipes as well.I'm not the only one that's from Saint Joseph, Missouri area.I bet that he feels like an a**.Any ways.I had NEVER seened you on my friend list.So how could I even call you a friend and how would I know that your not gonna lower my rattings like you did on most of them?I had to delate alot of people.WHY do I say that?
    1.I hardly ever hear from them.
    2.Most of them gave me low ratings.
    3.These peope wants to be my friend and etc and that do like I was sayen on number 2.
