About me
I like to run, i like photography especially architecture and churches. i am 40 and starting to experiment with vegitarian food including pulses and beans. I live in Chile near the mountains, originally i lived in the uk and worked as a chef for 4 years. I am trying to adapt what i learnt there, as i am thinking of either running a restaurant or just overseeing it. ¿que mas? i don`t like governments at all i believe they are oppressive and soul destroying. Thats enough i think i don`t want to upset anybody who loves govenments or politics, (if there are any people who fit that description)

Re leftover herbs....chop them and freeze in little snack size zip plastic bags. Squeeze all the air out before you pop them in the freezer. They turn a little dark, but if you're popping them into soup or something else that is cooked it won't make a difference.


Does anybody have any suggestions for what to do with left over herbs. Apart from drying and storing.
