About me
I work in an Ophthalmology office as a certified Ophthalmic tech. for a Retina Surgeon. I work late usually, so I'm always looking for new recipes that are quick to feed my husband and 2 daughters. My oldest daughter is 15, a cheerleader, and always has me on the go. My youngest daughter is 7, and prefers to be with her dad, doing whatever boys normally would do rather than girls. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, I just don't always have the time for it.
