    It was very delish & reminded me of my Grandmother's authentic mole. I used Swanson fat-free chicken broth for half of liquid to boil chicken, and used real garlic clove instead of garlic salt.

    hi there!sorry this has taken so long to get back to you! here it is the nite before thanksgiving ,and im a little late on the side dishes!Im making my favorite brussel sprout recipe-if you like them-this is wonderful! cook brussels sproutsas directed-fresh or frozen-im using frozen-in skillet saute 2 granny smith or jonathan apples (diced in small pieces)in 4 tablespoons butterad 1 small finely chopped sweet onion,and saute till apples are done on low heat-lightly toast one and one half cups cashews till light brown in 375 degree oven-watch closely so doesnt burn-add brussel sprouts,and cashews to onion apple mixture add dash of salt and pepper- saute together a few minutes-serve.enjoy!
