About me
Hola! I live in Ecuador where I have a lovely hostal and restaurant. Right now our breakfasts are famous country wide and Im in the process of launching a dinner menu of dishes nobody is making, but the ingredients are all available fresh locally. Its a challenge since we dont really see a lot of herbs. Ive tried to start growing them but even seeds and starts are tough to find. Since I love to cook its quite fun to get the chance to create for people who are dying for something new and different here. I also love to surf and that relly helps to clear my head and get me ready for a lovely day in the kitchen.
