About me
I love to cook, but have almost given up trying new things. My children and husband tend to like the same old stuff! I have decided to branch out and see if they will come with me! I am a collector of recipes, but when I cook, I tend to create as I go. The recipes give me ideas and I take what I have in the house and substitute. I am hoping to discover some new staples to have on hand.

Love your picture, it's one of my favorite parts of Seattle. The coffee roasters here have completely spoiled me. = ) I was recently in Ireland and when I orderd a Guinness, the bartender did something like this in the head of foam that looked like a clover leaf.
