About me
I just returned to America after four years of teaching in China. I never tried to cook until I moved to China, and now I'm actually at a loss because I have a nice convection oven, access to self-rising flour, butter, and buttermilk. It's amazing what I have access to now, and so now I'm relearning how to cook the easy way! I joined AllRecipes.com, but from what I've seen of this site I think I'm switching allegiance.
