About me
I have written 3 Southern Home Cooking cookbooks and 4 specialty cookbooks (on Crock Pot cooking, Sweet Potatoes, Blueberries and a Children's Cookbook). My books have been featured in the "Best of the Best of North Carolina Cookbook". I am branching out into seasonings and quick meal mixes.
