I love to cook ! I love to make food look colorful and taste amazing. I have a gluten intolerance and finally to the point where I can be in a bakery and not crave a piece of wheat bread. It was really hard for a long time. Es
pecially because I love to cook and eat all kinds of wholesome foods. I do like to occasionally eat some kind of not so healthy dessert that is beautifully made. My children are starting to like the gluten free desserts I make. So that helps a lot.
I am a Lifestyle Educator , with a certificate in natural remedies and nutrition, and a vegan/vegetarian cook. I this year I am going to investigate my Puerto Rican roots and make some culture dishes that are healthier, vegan, and does not compromise taste. I will post some of my favorites and those of my students.
