About me
I love food. I am a mother of 2. I work part time and like to cook with fresh ingredients rather than convienience foods. I am always looking for new recipes. I really like beef, shellfish, pork. Not so much a chicken fan. I love vegetarian foods. I just like a lot of flavor. I tend to like rich foods, like Italian, Indian, Thai, etc.

I love the idea of using phyllo for the crust - I don't care for the thick usual crust on pot pies. Great post - thank you!
