Hi there! I'm Luke. I'm pretty much a vegan and come on here to look for cool vegan recipes. I like to use natural, unprocessed ingredients, and avoid using preprepared packaged food if I can. Simple recipes are good; I find it annoying when a recipe has dozens of ingredients which I don't have in the cupboard and so I have to go out and spend a fortune at the supermarket. I'd like to get into using wild foods in the future; they're free so they gotta be a winner!
