I love to cook healthy for my friends and family. It makes me truly happy when people are open minded to my experimental cooking, especially when they like something they didn't think they would. I love healthy food, it has to be light on calories but heavy on taste. My man is my favorite person to cook for; he is always willing to try what I make even if he isn't sure if he will like it (he usually does) :)
