Hey Corrinne, thanks for stopping by the chicken with goat cheese, etc... you're right about dried tomatoes, they can overpower a recipe.. but I felt the combination of goat cheese and tomatoes played off of each other well and the balsamic plus other spices help bring the flavors together nicely.
