About me
I love to cook but my profession does not give me much time to spend in the kitchen. i normaly do not use recipes and just toss in whatever comes to mind at that moment. my friends and family keep trying to get me to open a restaurant but i just do not have the time. i usualy do not write down my recipes but i need to start doing it because my niece wants me to write a cook book for her as a wedding gift so i will post them as i remember them lol
