About me
I am 28 y/o stay at home mom of 5 kids. My husband and I also have 3 other children that live with their mother. Sooooo needless to say I have a lot of mouths to feed. I love to cook but I believe my passion lies in baking. Although my waist line may not agree as much! I'm always looking for meals that will go a long way without the big price tag.

Made your pancakes this morning for Sunday Morning Breakfast, (actually made the batter last night and let it set)...they were GREAT both my husband and son thought they were terrific. Beautiful batter. Now I did add some fresh blueberries and toasted pecan to the batter, but all in all, I'd say it's a winner batter...
