About me
I'm vegetarian and hubby is not. Just the 2 of us at home now, but that's OK..we are finding plenty of things to do. I love to cook and hubby loves to eat, so its a match made in heaven. I love trying to make some of our favorite recipes into healthier versions....sometimes with great results and sometimes we get to go out to eat! I am experimenting with high elevation baking....good thing hubby will eat anything that is sweet. We love animals and have several rescued pets. We love classic cars, mainly American muscle cars and we love going on the car cruises and to the car shows. We are huge fans of ice hockey!
