About me
I have now become THE cook of the house. My husband started 2nd shift and is now gone for the evenings!!! AHHH! HE WAS OUR COOK! But, I am pulling myself together and after a few nights of hot pockets and bologna sandwiches I am stepping up to the stove to feed the kids!! So far this week has been a hit of Taco Pizza (which I was informed that we have to have one night a week designated as "taco pizza night") and Chicken casserole, even though no one ate the onions except the dog. Everything will be gravy once the baby (21 months old) will accept the food and not just eat a hot dog and some noodles. Any ideas are welcome!!
